You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Distribution, or installation of this copy of toKaos indicates your acceptance of this License.
If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install, distribute or use this copy of toKaos.
toKaos is owned by K-SOL S.r.l and is protected by international copyright laws and treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat toKaos like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording).
This license applies to the commercial-licensed edition and evaluation-licensed edition of toKaos.
The product downloaded free from the site www.tokaos.com corresponds to toKaos in EVALUATION mode (COMMERCIAL edition - 15 days trial and limited in some functions). You can distribute this evaluation version without introducing any changes in no way and with no means.
After buying the license, you can activate the COMMERCIAL edition beginning from the evaluation edition, with no further installations.
After buying the license, you are entitled to have one year of free software upgrade starting from the purchase date.
License for toKaos is a workstation license. toKaos can be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one computer, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people.
You may access this copy through a network, provided that you have obtained an toKaos license for each workstation that will access toKaos through the network.
The toKaos activation key provide COMMERCIAL edition functionality only in workstation where you active the key from serial number.
The Activation Key which is generated beginning from a Serial Number of a workstation cannot be reused in another workstation.
This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on toKaos. You may not use directly follow basic component: tokaos.exe, tokcommon.dll, tokcore.dll, tokgrid32.ocx, tokmnu32.ocx, toksubc32.dll, toktxt32.ocx,toklbl32.ocx,tokcbo32.ocx, tokaos_eng.chm, tokaos_ita.chm. You may not make access to toKaos available to others application service provider, or similar business.
